Let 0.26666... be x ------ equation 1
By multiplying both sides with 100
100x = 26.66666.... ------- equation 2

By subtracting equation 1 from equation 2
100x-x = 26.66666.... - 0.26666
99x = 26.4
x = 264/990
x = 4/15 (in standard form)

So 0.2666.. is equal to fraction 4/15
