To find how many degrees Fahrenheit multiply your number in Celsius by 9/5 (or 1.8), then add 32.
F = 9/5c + 32
F = 9/5 x 21 +32
F = 37.8 + 32
F = 69.8
Rounding to the nearest whole degree:
21 Celsius = 70 Fahrenheit
