Howard Gardner theorized that human has unique aptitude set of capabilities, which made him divide intelligence into nine types.
1. Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence - verbal skills and sensitivity to sounds and meanings of words that are well-developed.
2. Logical-Mathematical Intelligence - the capacity to perceive or recognize logical and numerical patterns, and the ability to think conceptually and abstractly
3. Spatial-Visual Intelligence - a well-developed skill of visualizing space accurately and abstractly to navigate it.
4. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence - the ability to control body movement and to handle things with dexterity
5. Musical Intelligence - the ability to create pitch, timber, and rhythm
6. Interpersonal Intelligence - the ability to interact with other people, and to understand them
7. Intrapersonal Intelligence - the capacity of being self-aware and understanding who you are
8. Naturalist Intelligence - the ability to identify rand categorize things in nature
9. Existential Intelligence - the capacity and sensitivity to human existence
