What is expressed when neither copy of an allele completely masks expression of the other but instead a blending of alleles is seen?

The answer is Incomplete dominance. It is an inheritance in which an allele for a certain trait is really express with the paired allele. It is somewhat the same with co-dominance, in which allele was completely expressed. One of the examples of Incomplete Dominance is the cross-pollination.
