Which equation represents the line that passes through the point (-2 2) and is parallel to y=1/2x+8?

X=(1/2)x+3. Parallel lines have the same slope. Mark the point (-2,2) on a graph and then go up one unit, and then to the right 2 units until you have the line and the Y-intercept.
