I think all of them, but the most dangerous is A. So by putting signs they alert others to be careful, but at the same time I do not see any bad influence of artificial light for turtles.

I think it's C because by alert others I hope you meant to alert humans. If you alert humans, then they'll be more aware of their surroundings so they don't harm the turtles
