hello :
calculate the slope :
2x + 5y = 10
5y = -2x +10
y = (-2/5)x +2
the slope is (-2/5)... (
parallel so : same slope )
an equation is : y - (-5) = (-2/5)(x-1)

y = −(2/5)x − 1
2x + 5y = −5
y − 1= −(2/5)(x + 5)
