Answer: D) Lending libraries and cultural events

Explanation: Believe it or not, the Nazi's actually allowed lending libraries and cultural event to continue in the ghettos. The Nazi's wanted to isolate the Jews as much as possible and so this eliminates A. Schools were not allowed even though many continued in secret. And obviously, the Nazi's would not allow discussions of resistance efforts, that doesn't make sense. The Nazi's also wanted it to seem that the conditions in the ghettos weren't as bad as they were and that the Jews still had most of their freedom when in fact they did not, the supports answer D.
