All of the above are simple sugars, except for lactase, which is an enzyme. Glucose is the only monosaccharide, for lactose and sucrose are disaccharides.

Answer: Glucose

Step-by-step explanation:

Glucose is the simplest form of sugar. This is also known as simple sugar and basic unit of carbohydrates.

Glucose cannot be further hydrolyzed to a more simpler chemical form. Glucose is usually colorless , water soluble and tastes sweet.
