Circle A has equation (x+5)^2+y^2=169. The diameter of circle B is one fourth as long as the diameter of circle A. What is the radius of circle B?

Radius of A is sr(169) = 13 --> diameter = 2r = 26
Dm.B = 1/4•Dm.A
Dm.B = 26/4 = 13/2 = 6.5
Radius of B = 1/2•6.5 = 3.25
C. is correct answer
