Poetry written in praise of a loved one's physical beauty is a blazon.
The word comes from emblazon, which means to embellish, basically. This type of poetry celebrates a part of (or the entirety of) a woman's body. The most famous example of a blazon would be Shakespeare's sonnet 130 - My mistress's eyes are nothing like the sun.
