It's a COMPOUND ROBABILITY:
P(Raining) =0.4 AND P(Late) = 0.1
P(Raining ∩ Late) = 0.4 x 0.1 = 0.04 = 4%

60%= 6/10= 3/5
10%= 1/10
1/10*3/5=3/50
The probability that it will snow and Amy will be late for school is 6%
