Then IJ / MN = 12.5/5 = 2.5 its factor scale

Then all sides have similar factor scale

Then 10/x = 2.5 . So then x = 10/2.5 = 4

And y/2.5 is also = 2.5. So then y = (2.5x 2.5) = 6.25
