What's an equivalent expression for  16x − 8.

Hi again. Are there options? If not then you could do 5x+10x-8+x or really any number of things since you combine like terms before you solve.

Both 16 and 8 have a common factor which is 8, so divide both numbers by 8, and you get 2x-1, which is equivalent to 16x-8
