Work from the inner most parenthesis put following the order of operations.
6 + [3 * 2 + (4 + 9 / 3)]
6 + [3 * 2 + (4 + 3)]
6 + [ 6 + 7]
6 + 13

That Is correct! Here are the steps:
6 + [3 x 2 + (4 + 9 ÷ 3)]
6 + [3 x 2 + (4 +3)]
6 + [3 x 2 + (7)]
6 + [6+7]
6 + [13]
