-23 + 13x
working:
(-2 x 2 + 9x - 3) - (7 x 2 - 4x + 2)
= (-4 + 9x -3) - (14 - 4x + 2)
= -7 + 9x - 16 + 4x
= -23 + 13x
-13 - 13x
9 - 13x
5x - 5
