Two traingles or figures are congruent if they have the same shape and size. The postulates fore congruency includes

Side side side

side angle side

angle side angle

Right angle-hypotenuse side

Considering the given options,

For option A,

JM = ML

KM = KM

Only two sides are known to be equal. We cannot say that angle KMJ = angle KML. Thus, option A is not congruent

For option B,

AC = BC = hypotenuse

ADC = BDC = right angle
