To find an answer to problems like this you have to divide how much of something there is for a specific time. For example in this case you have to do 41.25 divided bye 5.5 to get you answer per hour! So the answer will be 7.5

Hope that helps, not just for this problem but for more like this!

Answer:

To find the amount of earnings per 1 hour of babysitting, let's divide 41.25 by 5.5

*The quotient represents the earnings for 1 hour of babysitting.

Divide 41.25 by 5.5:

(41.25)/(5.5) =7.5

7.5 = earnings per 1 hour of babysitting.
