When a large amount of ATP is available in the cell, glycolysis process will be slowed down. This is because, glycolsis is the process by which the  energy source of the cell which is ATP is produced. Thus, when the ATP is plentiful in the cell, the process of glycolysis, which produces ATP will be slowed down until the amount of ATP in the cell is reduced.
