Moltiply -2 by x and +3 to get
-2x-6
from there you can solve by adding 6 to -10 =-8 and divide by -2x and get
x=4

Expand it first. -2(x+3)= -2x-6
-2x-6 = 10
-2x = 10+6
-2x = 16
-x = -8
x = 8
