a line that has a 0 slope is a horizontal line.....it is represented by y = a number.....so a line with a zero slope WILL touch the y axis.....it will touch the y axis at y = 1

just so u know...it is a vertical line that does not touch the y axis

so ur answer is y = 1.....this line has no slope but it touches the y axis
