It depends on the individual, but when you're angry, psychologists claim that you tend to eat crunchy things. On the other hand, you may eat more than usual (most people) or eat less than usual (also common). You may gain or lose weight as a result. The most important thing is to learn how to control your anger and not let it affect your life.
