n(Cu)=m(Cu)/M(Cu)

n(H₂O)=4n(Cu)/3

n(H₂O)=4m(Cu)/{3M(Cu)}

n(H₂O)=4*98.6g/{3*63.5g/mol}=2.0703≈2.1 mol

n(H₂O)=2.1 mol
