Electrolytes, since post-adrenalectomy can lead to an Addisonian-like adrenal cortex failure (adrenal crisis), causing loss of Na+ in urine leading to hypotension and a likewise retention of K+ leading to possible cardiac arrhythmias.
Additionally, vital signs to monitor BP and ECG monitor to check heart rhythm.
