What effects are predicted for the caribbean as global climate change increases average temperatures?

I think it is the coastal winds, and when they shift in an El Nino or El Nina then eithere of those shifts can cause areas to be to wet and rainy or hot and dry. Mainly if switched they have extreme temperatures, but normal wind currents are, I think called costal winds and they are what makes the tornados in Tornado Valley.
