Biological molecules are the chemical molecules which are present in living things. There are four basic types of biological molecules, these are carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and nucleic acid. The biological molecules present in onion juice are reducing sugar and protein. The reducing sugar could be tested for using Benedict's solution.
