Only 2 of these are quadratic functions: B and D, because their highest power is 2.
The leading coefficient is the coefficient of the x^2 term, which is -3 for B and 2 for D.
The constant is the number without a variable. For B it is 2 and for D it is -3.
The answer is letter D

Answer: D

A is not a quadratic equation, B's leading coefficient is 3 and the constant is 2, and C is also not a quadratic equation.
