C. i think because both cases were similar so not d and these both involved the legalitys of education and equal rights all of this took play in the civil rights movement

The Brown v. Board of Education case was the ruling of the Supreme Court that segregation in public schools was unconstitutional. There were 13 plaintiffs on behalf of their 20 children. The court wanted to describe the uniqueness of this case in comparison to the three others which were ruled based on the Plessy v. Ferguson ruling .
