Since you didn't give the description of how you want it to be solved, I wrote two ways of solving it; You can factor or simplify it.

Factor:
3(4x^2−5)

Simplify:
12x^2−15

(16x^2-5)-(4x^2+10)
16x^2-5-4x^2-10
16x^2-4x^2-5-10
12x^2-15
