25x^2+30x+9=0
Factor:
(5x+3)^2=0
Square root of both sides:
5x+3=0
Subtract 3 from both sides:
5x=-3
Divide both sides by 5:
x=-3/5

You can also check the answer:
25(-3/5)^2+30(-3/5)+9
9-18+9
