To find your average speed, divide 180 by 4 which is 45.
Formula:
Plug the number into the equation
180 is d (distance)
4 is t (time
So it would be 180=r•4
1) get r by itself so divide 4 to both sides
2) 180/4 = r
3) 45 = r
