The test scores for a group of students are shown.  

89, 74, 100, 86, 74, 67, 86, 72, 60, 93, 83, 86  

What is the median of the scores?

Line them up in order from least to greatest (or G to L it doesn't really matter) the number that's directly in the center is the median. If there is no number directly in the center then you average the two numbers (for example: you have numbers 1 ; 2 ; 3 ; 4 the median would be between 2 and 3 so the median for this would be 2.5) hope this helps!

put the numbers from least to greatest and 83 would be the median when you cancel out the rest
