The "median" is the central term if there are an odd number of elements or the average of two central terms if there are an even number of elements when they are ordered from least to greatest.
Since you have an odd number of elements, 11, the 6th term when ordered will be the median of the set.
Your first six terms ordered are:
154, 215, 224, 253, 254, 259
So 259 is the median (although my eyes are bleary from looking at the set so you should double check that 259 is the 6th term of the ordered sequence)
