Reinterpreting the question, it's asking us to find which coin has a closer probability to 50% of getting either heads or tails.
Coin A
205 / 500 = .41 = 41%
Coin B
120 / 250 = .48 = 48%
Since 48% is closer to 50% than 41% is,
coin B
is the fairest.
