The correct answer is D. Spain. Sweden and Denmark were not fighting Protestantism and didn't care much about religion. Poland that was catholic had some protestant people in it but they wanted to end it. In Spain, they were never given any chance to live and Protestantism was fought vigorously because it was heresy according to them.
