If you roll two fair six-sided dice, what is the probability that both dice show an odd number?

First we need to find the total number of possibilities. We can do this by multiplying the sides on the dice together.

6 x 6 = 36

There are 36 possibilities.
Since there are 3 odd numbers on each dice, multiply 3 x 3 to find the possibilities of odd numbers.

3 x 3 = 9

There are 9 possibilities you can get an odd number.

The answer is 9/36 (simplify to get 1/4) :)

Hopefully this helps! If you have any more questions or don't understand, feel free to DM me, and I'll get back to you ASAP! :)
