when dividing fractions remember to: keep/change/change.
keep the first fraction, change the division sign to multiplication, and lastly change your second fraction to its reciprocal.

x-3/6 * 2/3-x
simplify and cancel (x-3) and (3-x) to -1
final answer: -1/3
