pOH = -lg[OH⁻]

pOH = -lg(5.81*10⁻³) = 2.24

Answer : The pOH of KOH solution is, 2.235

Solution : Given,

Concentration of
OH^- ion =
5.81* 10^(-3)M

As we know that,

pOH=-\log [OH^-]

Now put the value of
OH^- ion concentration, we get the pOH.

pOH=-\log (5.81* 10^(-3)M)

pOH=2.235

Therefore,the pOH of KOH solution is, 2.235
