I don't know what you're asking...and it's probably too late anyways but, I'm assuming you want a to know what the energy is called...well this is the best response I can give you.

When muscles and other tissues need energy, certain horomones bind to adipose cells and trigger the hydrolysis. of triacylglyceral resulting in the release of energy rich fatty acids and glycerol a process known as lipolysis
