I believe the correct answer would be B. The statement "At constant volume and temperature, as the moles of gas increases, the pressure decreases." is false. From the equation PV=nRT, we see that  there is a direct relationship with pressure and the number of moles. So, as n increases, P should be increasing as well at constant volume and temperature.
