You can find the top angle by adding 180 and 159, then subtract from 360. That gets you 21 and the top angle.

Then, and 21 and 90, because of the right angle and they are always 90 degrees. You get 111.

Then, subtract 111 from 180 because all of the angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees.

You get 69.

let one side be y then,

y+159=180°{being straight angle}

y=180-159

y=21

again,

To find value of x

x + y+90°=180°{ sum of of triangles }

x+21+90=180

x=180-111

x=69°
