if believe that statement is false

The refusal of submitting test for the purpose of determining if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will indeed result in suspension of your driver license, but it is not permanent.

For first offense, your license will be suspended for 1 year. For Second offense your license will be suspended for 3 years, and for third offense your license will be suspended for 5 years

False.

Refusing to submit to chemical test of your blood, breath or urine, for the purpose of determining if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will result in arresting you.The officer must explain that if you decide to take a test, then you have the option of asking for another test and you can choose who gives it, at your expense.
