A box took five minutes to move. You did 3,150J of work in the process. How much power was required to move the box?

Power is energy/time, where t is seconds.  Assuming you were moving the box the whole time, you did 3150/(5*60) = 10.5W

Answer:

10.5w

Explanation: power is the ratio of work done in joule with time in seconds.

Therefore,

Power = work done/time

Work done = 3150j

Time = 5×60 = 300s

Power = 3150/300

= 10.5W
