Write the slope-intercept form of the line that passes through the point (1, 0) and is parallel to x - y = 7.

So here is what you do lololol.

First, make the standard form equation to slope-y intercept.

x - y = 7
x - 7 = y
Therefore, the equation is Y = x - 7.
You also get from this equation that the slope is 1.
So, in order to make the line, your slope needs to be 1.

Here is what you have now.
Y=x+b
Now you need to solve for B by putting in (1,0), your point.

Y = x+b
0 = 1+b
-1 = b

Therefore, your final line is Y = x - 1
