(sin\theta)/(cos\theta)=tan\theta

cos\theta= -(2)/(5)

tan\theta\ \textgreater \ 0

Therefore

(sin\theta)/( -(2)/(5) ) \ \textgreater \ 0

-(5sin\theta)/(2)\ \textgreater \ 0

sin\theta\ \textless \ 0

Therefore
sin\theta is any value less than 0
