We have and equation for the money she saved in function of the number of weeks she has been saving:

T=8w

We then can calculate T for any value of w by replacing w with that value.

We have to find the table that satisfy this relationship between T and w.

We can check T for each value of w, and they all must match with the relation T = 8w.

First table:

For w = 3, we should have T = 8*3 = $24. This is different from the value on the table (T = $16). Then, this table does not match the equation.

Second table:

As in the first table, we get a different value for T when w = 3. T should be $24 and it is $16 in the table.

This table does not match the equation.

Third table:

The first row has a correct value as T(w=1) = $8, but for w = 3 it has a wrong value.

For w =3, T should be $24 and not $18.

This table does not match the equation.

Fourth table:

This table match the equation as we have:

\begin{gathered} T(1)=8\cdot1=8 \\ T(2)=8\cdot2=16 \\ T(3)=8\cdot3=24 \end{gathered}

that are the values shown in the table.

Answer: Fourth table matches the equation.
