Here is the correct step:
7(6)÷5+42
=42÷5+42
=8.4+42
=50.4
We see that Line 2 is incorrect because Line 1 showed us this “ 7(6)÷5+42 " but line 2 show us different expression 7(6)÷5+16. As a result, Line 2 is the final answer. Hope it help!
