The last choice, "climb up here and see" shows that mr. Stewart is so excited that he wants Lincoln to also look at the setting.

I can see that Mr. Stewart is most likely eager to show his son what he sees, when he tells Lincoln, "Climb up here and see." Hope that helps you.
