To calculate the average of the grade we write them as decimals

\begin{gathered} 99\text{\%}=0.99;\text{TESTS} \\ 54\text{\%}=0.54;\text{LABS} \\ 99\text{\%}=0.99;\text{ASSIGNMENTS} \\ 100\text{\%}=1;\text{FINAL EXAM} \end{gathered}

After that represent the percentage each of the grades are woth

\begin{gathered} 30\text{\%}=0.3;\text{TESTS} \\ 10\text{\%}=0.1;\text{LABS} \\ 7\text{\%}=0.07;\text{ASSIGNMENTS} \\ 53\text{\%}=0.53;\text{FINAL EXAM} \end{gathered}

Find the percentage of the grade by multiplying the percentage grade as decimal by the percentage grade worth in decimal

\begin{gathered} (0.99\cdot0.3)+(0.54\cdot0.1)+(0.99\cdot0.07)+(1\cdot0.53) \\ \text{0}.297+0.054+0.0693+0.53 \\ 0.9503 \end{gathered}

Make the decimal as percentage by multiplying by 100

0.9503=95.03\text{\%}
