She wants to make $30+ along with her daily salary. Since every outfit she sells would be $5+,
30 / 5 = 6. She would need to sell 6 outfits in order to make at least 70 per day.
All the rest of that weird is confusing, so if it's a multiple choice look for 6. if not, put 6 as your answer.
Proof:

30 / 5 = 6
40 + 30 = 70.
and that should be it.
